Depends! Contact us to see where we are in the fulfillment process on your order. We will do our best to make this update for you. We will need your name, the order number, your email address, address on the original order, address you wish to change it to, and the original form of payment (for verification purposes).

If your package was lost or stolen, while we cannot provide a refund or replacement, we will provide you with as much help as we can! We will have the shipping provider's support contact number as well as the tracking number to help you get help from the logistics company. With this information, they should be able to file a claim or locate a missing package.
