Order Processing
All orders are processed within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed, and a second notification with tracking information once your order has shipped.
During high-volume periods, launches, or sales, processing times may be slightly extended. We appreciate your patience.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected delivery method.
Estimated delivery times:
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $125.
Local Pickup (if applicable)
Local pickup may be available at our shop. If available you will see the option in the checkout section. Make sure you select before finalizing payment. You’ll receive an email when your order is ready for pickup, typically within 1–3 business days.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Hinoki is not responsible for delays caused by carriers. If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please reach out and we’ll do our best to assist you in locating it.
Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at help@shophinoki.com with your order number and photos of the item and packaging.
