The Hinoki Journal
Every one is different, and that's the whole point.
Each square is pieced by hand from leftover silk — block prints, florals, borders, whatever the remnant pile gave up that day — so no two are the same and none can be repeated. One face is the patchwork; the other is a single silk print, which means you get two entirely different scarves depending on how you fold it. Real silk, so it breathes, takes a knot without slipping, and holds color the way only silk does.
Why It Found Its Way to Hinoki
Fabric that would otherwise be waste, cut and sewn into something better than most things made from new cloth. And because the pieces are random, buying one is a small act of chance — you'll get colors we couldn't have chosen for you.

✦ Amy's Styling Tip
Folded to a triangle and tied back over the head is my favorite — it's the one that gets stopped in the street. It also works knotted at the throat, twisted into a headband, or tied to a bag handle. At 22 inches it's small enough to live in a coat pocket.

Hand wash cold with a gentle detergent and hang to dry away from direct sun. Press on low if needed.
