The shape is the trick — short top handles, a neat domed body and a removable strap, so it reads as a small bag rather than a lunch container. The insulation is recycled polyester felt rather than a stiff foam shell, which means it keeps food cool but still folds and packs soft, and the whole thing goes in the washing machine when something inevitably leaks. Organic cotton outside, two slip pockets inside for the things that otherwise end up at the bottom.
Why It Found Its Way to Hinoki
Lunch bags are usually ugly, wipe-clean and full of plastic. This one is GOTS-certified organic cotton, made in a family-run facility, and free of PVC, BPA, phthalates and PFAS — which matters more than usual for something food sits in every day.
