Coastal Calm is the quietest thing Old Whaling makes — ocean breeze and coastal grass over a base of driftwood, amber and sandalwood, which keeps it from tipping into anything sharp or perfumed. It reads closer to clean linen than to fragrance. Dropped into hot water it fizzes slowly, releasing epsom salts along with olive and soybean oil, so the water is softened and your skin comes out of it lightly scented rather than stripped.
