A hand-carved and painted basswood cat figurine.

The Hinoki Journal

Some small objects make a room feel like home, and this cat is exactly that.

Carved from natural basswood, also called linden wood, this cat shows off the wood's unique grain along with charming painted details, and each one has its own pose and personality.

Why It Found Its Way to Hinoki

We love a figurine that lets the wood itself shine, and this cat delivers exactly that. Linden wood grain, painted details, effortlessly sweet.

Features

✦ Amy's Styling Tip
