Retro • Hand-Painted • Full of Personality
A hand-painted basswood folk art cat figurine.

The Hinoki Journal

Some pieces feel like they came from a grandmother's curio cabinet, and this cat is exactly that.

Hand-carved from natural basswood and painted with a retro-inspired folk art design, each cat has its own distinct personality and a compact size that suits desks, bookshelves, and windowsills.

Why It Found Its Way to Hinoki

We love a figurine with real folk art character, and this cat delivers exactly that. Natural basswood, retro painting, effortlessly collectible.
