Hot Therapy Use: Place in the microwave for 60 seconds. Shake gently to evenly distribute the flax seeds (and heat). If not warm enough, return to the microwave for no more than an additional 20 seconds. Do not overheat - warmth will build slowly, too much heat may scorch the seeds.
Cold Therapy Use: Place in the freezer for up to a half hour before using.
