Each taper is hand-dyed in a rich, deep evergreen, the color of a pine forest in winter, with a softly fluted surface that catches the candlelight. They're unscented, so they'll never compete with dinner, and each one burns for about 10 hours, long enough for the slowest, best kind of evening.

I set these in brass candlesticks down the middle of the table with a little greenery for the holidays. Tied with a ribbon, a pair makes an easy hostess gift, and they're a lovely match with our Hinoki Island Candle.

Hinoki Care Suggestions

Trim the wick to 1/4" before lighting, keep away from drafts, and never leave a burning candle unattended. Store flat in a cool place so they stay straight.
