Two big patch pockets sit low on the front, the one detail doing all the work — they break up the length and give a plain black column something to look at. The waist is elastic with a drawstring, so it pulls on and sits wherever you want it, and the skirt falls straight to midi with a seam down the center front to keep the line clean.
