Gold thread on white cotton, elevates and makes this shirt super special.
The embroidery runs in two columns down the front placket and repeats in small scattered motifs across the body and sleeves — a scrolling, almost folkloric pattern worked in warm gold thread. Against plain white cotton it does all the talking, which is why the rest of the blouse stays deliberately simple: a straight cut through the body, a small ruffle standing at the neckline, full sleeves gathered into a cuff. Same Valentina shape as the rose print, in a dressier design.
Why It Found Its Way to Hinoki
Embroidery this dense is slow work and it shows. White and gold is also the easiest version of a statement blouse to actually wear — it goes with denim as readily as it goes out at night.

Denim shorts and a flat sandal keeps it easy; a dark trouser and a heel takes it out. Leave the top buttons open so the embroidery at the placket reads properly — buttoned to the neck it loses the line.

Machine wash cold on gentle and hang to dry. Turn it inside out to protect the embroidery, and press on low from the reverse.
