Three cats, three moods, one very green pillow.
They sit in a row like a lineup — one caught mid-yowl, one in an enormous orange bow tie, one wearing a little bell and looking pleased about it. The artwork comes from old Halloween ephemera, all flat black shapes with orange mouths and yellow eyes, and the green behind them is the giveaway that it's genuinely vintage rather than a modern pastiche. Nobody has used that particular green since about 1955. At 12x18 it's a lumbar shape, so it sits along the back of a sofa or a bed rather than square in the middle.
